Farmhouse 40-A

The structure is held together by a front terrace as a shade for the shared porch mirroring its other half forming a duplex. Arched colonial windows balance the frontal frame. A grand entrance welcomes you home with drawing and dining on the left and right. The drawing room is next to the guest bedroom, while the dining sits next to the kitchen. In the center of these zones, an arched staircase ascends to the first floor with courtyard views. The private part of the house is closed off through the corridor entrance—a breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen with a lounge opposite. Two bedrooms lie at the farthest end of the corridor facing each other with private views of the lawn. A servant’s quarter lies at the corner of the house with remote access from the back.
The first floor has a study room accompanied by a kitchenette and storage. A standard bedroom next to the dining room is opposite the study area in the main lobby, and the other two bedrooms lie at the back with attached baths and closets. The back lawn has a tennis/badminton court and a gazebo to enjoy a relaxing evening with your loved ones.
