Farmhouse 9-B
Framed in a balanced picture of a neoclassical facade embraced by pilasters with adorned capitals, the house lifts itself elegantly. A broken pediment crowning the center sits on a flat cornice roof. Colonial windows framed by arches with ornamented tympanum speak of luxury and grandeur, while the empty niches balance the exterior design. The lion-head water fountain adds a wall feature.
The porte-cochere takes you off to the entrance of the main foyer leading to the formal zone at either end of the house. A bridge connecting the two sides on the floor above is visible from the hall below. A staircase ascending to the floor above rests against the guest room. The farmhouse accommodates four bedrooms with attached baths, a jacuzzi, walk-in closets, private sitting rooms, and one children’s bedroom with a low-height ceiling. A private den sits at the back of the house for entertainment purposes consisting of a theatre lounge and a table tennis room. Large terraces and private balconies add to the aesthetics and need for breathing spaces.
